Application

Registration 

  • To participate in TMO Proficiency Testing Schemes, if you are already a registered member, please log in to the system using your existing username and password via the “Sign In” link located at the top right corner of the page.
  • If you are applying for the first time, you are required to register by clicking the “Sign Up” link at the top right corner and creating your own username and password. At this stage, if the sample delivery address and the billing address are different, the billing address field must also be completed. If both addresses are the same, it will be sufficient to tick the box “Use this address for invoices.”
  • After filling in the required information for registration, please click the verification link in the message sent to the e-mail address you provided. If you do not receive the message or experience any issues with the verification link, please contact us.
  • After becoming a member of the schemes, if there are any changes to your contact information such as the responsible person, e-mail address, phone number, or address, you can log in to the system with your username and password and make the necessary updates via the Profile section located at the top right corner.
  • If you forget or lose your username or password, please contact us via e-mail or phone.

Participation 

  • After completing the registration process by verifying your e-mail address and signing in, you will see the active schemes for the relevant year on the “Programs on Sale” page.
  • Please select the scheme or schemes you wish to participate in by accessing the “Programs on Sale” tab.
  • Based on your selections, the price information will be updated automatically.
  • Before clicking the “Purchase” button, you are required to read and accept the explanations specified in the Proficiency Testing Protocol.
  • Once the purchase process is completed, a “Proficiency Test Participation Fee Notification” will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during registration.
  • After making the payment, please enter the receipt date and reference number in the window opened via the “Notify Payment” link on the “My Orders” page, in accordance with the information stated in the Participation Fee Notification form.
  • The scheme(s) you have purchased will appear on the “Rounds” page after the payment has been approved by our organization.
  • You can access the laboratory code information for the rounds included in the schemes you are participating in by logging in with your username and password and navigating to the “Rounds” tab.

Cancellation or Modification 

  • If you wish to cancel or change the scheme(s) you applied for, you may use the “Cancel” link on the “My Orders” page.
  • If you wish to make any changes after payment has been completed, please contact us.
